Authorized Store LLC does not guarantee or warranty, in any way, your interaction and or purchase from an approved Retailer/Store. We have no direct association with an approved retailer/store. We are exclusively a service that verifies whether a retailer/store is an authorized retailer for the brands that they post/sell on their online store/website or not.

Other Safe Shopping Attributes

As part of our vetting process, we check to see if a retailer store has certain "Safe Shopping" components in place to ensure a secure visit and purchase experience. These components include that a retailer/store website is housed on a PCI compliant server and that transactions are completed, using SSL encrypted technology. Note: Authorized Store LLC cannot and does not guarantee that a retailer/store is secure or "Safe" in any way. We simply verify that these services exist and are present during the retailer/store approval process and during an annual service renewal spot check.

Retailer/Store Business Practices

Authorized Store LLC does not guarantee or protect consumers from the conduct of a store/retailer. Business practices are exclusively in the hands of an approved retailer/store. We do, however, provide a "Report a Store" form on our site for consumer feedback/complaints. We do not tolerate unfair, illegal or poor business practices. Authorized Store Dealer Status and Confirmation

Authorized Store LLC and its representatives are committed to ensuring that all vetted/approved retailers/stores are genuine authorized dealers for each and every brand that they post/sell on their store/websites. Our vetting process includes the following:

• Checking a manufacturers official dealer locator. These locators are typically located/accessible in the footer of a manufacturers website.
• We e-mail the manufacturer to confirm dealer status.
• We call the manufacturer to confirm dealer status.

Note: Authorized Stores and its representatives strive to ensure that an approved retailer/store is authorized for every brand that they carry. During the vetting process and on occasion, we may skip the vetting of some brands due to difficulty in finding an appropriate contact. In these cases, data/confirmations of other brands in a particular store help us to determine if a store is an authorized dealer for all of the brands that they post/sell. Generally, if a store retailer is authorized for brands confirmed in a spot check process, they are usually authorized for all brands. On occasion, a store/retailer may also lose its dealer status for a particular brand. This may or may not be caught in our annual spot check process. In any and all events, Authorized Stores LLC does not guarantee the fact that a store is an authorized dealer for any or all brands. We suggest that all consumers contact a manufacturer directly to definitively confirm a retailer/store dealer status.
